Substitution and Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to the nature of the industry we serve, participants accepted into our programs are sometimes unable to attend. Because of this, we have created our Substitution Policy to be flexible. Substitutions can be accommodated up to one business day prior to the program start date, without incurring any administrative fees, pending the admission of a comparably qualified candidate.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend a program and no substitution can be made, we accept cancellations under the conditions listed below, according to which program the participant is enrolled in:
LOGTECH Executive: Program for Executives in Logistics and Technology
LOGTECH Advanced: Advanced Program in Logistics and Technology
Cancellations received earlier than five business days before the program begins (that is, received prior to 8:00 a.m. Monday of the week before the program start date) are fully refundable. Cancellations received on or after that time are refundable less a cancellation fee of $760.
LCELP: Life Cycle Executive Leadership Program
Log21: Logistics for the 21st Century Program
Cancellations received earlier than two business days before the program begins (that is, received prior to 8:00 a.m. Thursday of the week before the program start date) are fully refundable. Cancellations received on or after that time are refundable less a cancellation fee of $350.

For programs not listed above, substitutions and cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Program Team for further details.
