The Future is now

IDB’s IBLDP program is an intensive one-week experience designed to equip leaders with insights to address challenges and opportunities impacting the organic industrial base and Joint Force readiness. Focused on
solving current and emerging readiness issues, the course offers a tailored learning
environment for experienced leaders shaping strategy, funding, and policy across the
industrial base, alongside private industry and sustainment partners. Outcomes include
improved policy and operational alignment, unity of purpose, and adoption of best practices—building a confident, creative
cadre of leaders prepared to strengthen materiel readiness across the enterprise. Participants leave with actionable strategies to drive collaboration and innovation across the entire industrial base.
