Wade Mann

Wade joined IDB in October 2024 as Contracts and Operations Manager.

A Chapel Hill, NC native, Wade earned his BSBA and MS in operations management from the University of Alabama. Following graduation, he attended Navy Officer Candidate School in Newport, RI, and was commissioned as an ensign. He completed naval flight officer (NFO) training in Pensacola, FL, and was selected to serve as a weapon systems officer (WSO) on the F/A-18F Super Hornet.

While assigned as a WSO to Strike Fighter Squadron Eleven, Wade completed two deployments on board USS Harry S Truman aircraft carrier to the Arabian and Mediterranean Seas.  Following his operational tour, he was assigned to Training Air Wing One in Meridian, MS, where he served as Assistant Operations Officer.

Wade lives in Mebane, NC with his wife, Annie, and son, Ernie.
