Mollie Wurmbrand
Sr. Program Manager
Mollie Wurmbrand, joined the Institute for Defense and Business in March 2023 as a Program Associate. Currently a Senior Program Manager, she assists with the development, design, and delivery of executive education programs for military and private sectors.
Mollie specifically manages, coordinates, and executes the Continuous Improvement and Innovation for Executives Program (CI2E) and the Aviation Industrial Readiness Program (AIR-P).
Before joining the IDB, Mollie gained experience in the hospitality, hotel, and restaurant industry and worked as a wedding planner right after graduating. Mollie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Conferences and Special Events and a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University in 2020. Mollie currently resides in Raleigh, NC but grew up in New Jersey spending her summers going to the Jersey Shore.
