Carter Rhyne
Sr. Program Manager
Carter Rhyne joined the Institute for Defense and Business in August 2023 as a Program Associate. Prior to joining IDB, Carter worked in the hospitality and golf operations industry in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
Carter graduated with honors from Western Carolina University in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration: Computer Information Systems with a minor in Visual Analytics from the College of Business.
As a Senior Program Manager with the IDB, Carter assists the military and private sector by assisting in delivering memorable executive education programs, including the Dense Urban Studies, Aviation Industrial Readiness, and Life Cycle Executive Leadership programs.
