Cierra Earl
Program Manager
Ms. Cierra Earl, Program Manager, joined the Institute for Defense and Business in June 2022 as a Program Associate. She assists with the development, design, and delivery of executive education programs for military and private sectors.
Cierra also specifically coordinates and executes the Life Cycle Executive Leadership Program, the Continuous Process Improvement Program, and the Aviation Industrial Readiness Program. In addition to these courses, she supports the marketing department in developing social media campaigns, publishing thought leadership articles, and organizing both virtual and In-person webinars and other special projects..
Ms. Earl graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Spanish from Hollins University.
