Refund Policy
Cancellations, deferrals, or substitutions must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations/deferrals received within three days of the start of the program are subject to a fee, equal to 20% of the program fee. The remainder will be credited towards a future course.

Credit: Credits are valid for up to one year and can be transferred, pending admission of a comparably qualified candidate.

Deferral: Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the program will be treated as deferrals. Full credit towards a future course will be granted.
Note: With a week’s notice, we can accommodate a qualified substitution without assessing any administrative fees. Substitution requests received within a week of the program start date may be subject to an administrative fee, not to exceed $250. Please note that any substitution is contingent on admission of a comparably qualified replacement.
